Operating alongside the VOIP telephony department of Turnstone Technologies is an IT and computer network support division.  This division employs trained technical engineers that specialize in ensuring your computer system is operating and productive.

It all starts with a network health check. Through this checking and analysis process we see potential areas of weakness, points of failure and areas that when improved can boost productivity.  This process is key in establishing an IT infrastructure and computer system that aligns with the business growth goals and fits into your budget.

Turnstone’s Technology support services can be billed either by a fixed price service level agreement (SLA) or billed on a time and materials basis.  The scope of these two agreements vary dependant on business size and support requirements.

The two key aspects of Turnstone’s technical services are our response time and our fault resolution time.  The resolution time, is what impacts most on your bottom line. To meet the need of getting your staff up and working quickly we carry spare equipment that we use as temporary loan equipment which gets installed if a repair is going to take some time.

To combat the need for your staff to be up to the play with using a computer, Turnstone provide helpdesk services.  The helpdesk is available between our standard business hours.  The kinds of questions that we commonly get are ‘how to’ questions eg: how do I insert a table into my word document or how do I add audio to my powerpoint presentation.  The billing for helpdesk services can be done on a case by case basis or built into a SLA.

To complete the IT and networking services offering we also provision hardware and software.  Through the partnerships we have with many IT suppliers we are able to provide competitive pricing, for any piece of IT hardware or software.
